In the construction project, the formwork support structure used for concrete cast-in-place construction, generally adopts steel shoring props to build scaffolding to form bracket support, and cooperate with steel formwork for concrete construction.
The DURA’s shoring props is a full-steel support that is adjustable and reusable, it is widely used in the pouring of various concretes under different landforms and geological conditions. It can be divided into
- Heavy duty adjustable steel shoring props (Ductile Iron Prop Nut)
- Light duty adjustable steel shoring props (Cup Sleeve Nut). The Heavy and Light duty props are designed to support a range of formwork and falsework applications, floors, ceilings, openings and temporary beams.
- Adjustable Steel Push-Pull Props (also called Triangle Props) The Push-Pull Props are designed for holding and plumbing single and double faced forms. The lower plate is fixed to a ground anchor with the top plate being fixed to the shutter.
The adjustable Push-Pull a standard Prop collar with an additional locking collar to maintain rigidly as well as maximum safety.

Flexible and simple in Formwork project

The formwork adjustable steel shoring props has the characteristics of wide application range and strong carrying capacity, which can effectively reduce the quantities of props and construction costs. The prop shoring are not constrained by the fixed plane size so that can be suited for irregular building planes. The distance between the props and the longitudinal beam can be adjusted according to the beam load in time, and is not constrained by the transverse connecting rod.

Less steel consumption and more Fast

Under the same formwork support area, the adjustable steel support needed quantities less than the Cuplock scaffolding and steel pipe & Couplers scaffold, only 30% of the cuplock scaffolding and 20% of the steel pipe and couplers scaffold. The speed of the prop supporting is fast. Taking the high-rise residential building as an example, the area of 600—800 support square meters only need 0.5 tons, which is only 1/3—1/4 of other supporting systems, which can shorten the construction period about 50%, speed up construction and improve working efficiency
