Modular scaffolding systems kwikstage scaffolding system Kwikstage scaffolding system is a versatile modular scaffolding system which can serve various situations. Different with pipe and fitting scaffolding, the kwikstage system has a limited number of parts, only a pin is needed to fix the pipes and standard, thus the assembly time is reduced effectively. Moreover, the kwikstage system is more safe and reliable than traditional pipe and fitting scaffolding. All the systems are built on the stress of the pipe’s ending structure, different with coupler, as long as strain of the pipe and the standard not over the elastic period, the connect strength will not reduce nier the structure shape will not change. ringlock scaffolding system Very similar to the kwikstage system, the ringlock system also replaced the coupler with a special connector structure, like Mortise and Tenon. The Ringlock system can be said as the most powerful and createful scaffolding system. With high cost in manufacture, ringlock systems can provide workers a safe and flexible working environment. Every round ring has 4 fixed slots for rectangular connection and 4 movable slots. And by using 48.3mm pipe, ringlock scaffolding can use any regular couper from traditional scaffolding, like jack base and ladders. cuplock scaffolding system Cuplock scaffolding is like a simplified version of ringlock scaffolding, the difference is cuplock only can inture 4 pipes in one joint. With less choice in structure, the good point is cuplick has even higher load capability than ringlock system. Also, because the topcup needs a hammer to tighten, the cuplock scaffolding has the longest assembly speed. It is also inconvenient when the lower layer needs to change the shape, you can not open the cup after the system is finished, the only possibility is to add more structure with a coupler.
