Description
- The Ringlock Scaffolding diagonal braces are a component of the main bay braces connection of the Ringlock scaffolding system.
- Two bay brace plugs with pins are riveted at both tubes ends, inserting into the Vertical standard round rosette to build up the basics of the system Ringlock scaffolding. The braces ends are produced by cast-steel using the wax mold.
- Diagonal Braces are based on the horizontal rung and the rise on common Ringlock Standards are 2M(6’7″) and 1.5M, also can be customized by customers’ scaffolding projects needed.
- Besides that, the size of the diagonal braces should match the length of the components of Ringlock standard and horizontal ledger to correctly support the Ringlock scaffolding systems.
- Unlike the Ringlock verticals and ledger horizontal rungs, the function of diagonal braces is very single and precise. Moreover, the role of the diagonal braces is to use the support frame to stable the Ringlock scaffolding to avoid the occurrence of pin pull-out and to better ensure the safety of construction.
